I requested for assistance with unpacking my uhaul and the time was for 8-12. I called and confirmed multiple times prior to my scheduled day. On my schedule day. The unpackers did not arrive until almost 9. No apologies. At around 0815 I called to get ETA. Whoever answered was still half sleep and nonchalant and said they will get there and work the 4 hours. They came and multiple of my items ended up being broken. I asked about assembling items like my bed and they declined and said they don’t do that. Book at your own risk
