I was charged an additional $100 for an extra hour that certainly was not necessary. lots of just standing in the truck for 20+ minutes and they included the 10 minute walk from where they chose to park in that time. i will say they were very kind people but i felt like they were trying to take longer just to get that additional hour. I’ve moved 5 times now with the same amount of stuff and have never had movers (2 people) take longer than an hour and a half. My TV stand was also broken during transit (not recoverable) because and absurd amount of weight were stacked on top of it when there was more than enough room in the truck to spread things out.

This company sent the most respectful and helpful workers, got here on time and started right in. Couldn’t ask for better assistance in my unloading. If you’re thinking about going with other companies don’t, you won’t find better service than this company. Will be hiring them again
