As an Army brat who has moved more than a dozen times, I can say with absolute certainty that these guys were THE BEST. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Paul and Vladimir! They brought such a positive energy, were so courteous and kind, and did a fantastic job moving my furniture and things. I feel like they treated my furniture and home as if it was their own with such care and consideration. We were moving within the city to a rowhome in Baltimore on the 4th floor. These guys were super strong, considerate of all of our items, and had the endurance to keep going throughout the summer heat, high humidity, and high AQI. They came prepared with extra materials to make sure everything was secure within the truck, and packed it in great. Every time I thought the truck would be full, they would come back for more. Everything was packed incredibly efficiently and with extra care (including some of our extra fragile items like a weaving loom, instruments, and crates of vinyl records). These guys were super kind, made the job look easy, and did it all with a smile on their faces. Even under the worst possible weather conditions, they moved more than I anticipated they could in less time than I had scheduled for. I would highly recommend them for others like me. If you can provide the truck through U-Haul, skip the moving truck companies entirely and just hire these guys, they offer

Gymnastics Strength Moving truly lives up to its name. They provided quick, seemingly effortless, and phenomenal service with smiles. I was extremely fortunate to have selected them. If you're looking for reliability, excellent communication, and truly kind and helpful people to help with your move, this is exactly who you need to book. Every step of the way, they were supportive and even forgiving of some circumstances that popped up for me including needing to start a bit later than planned and moving my belongings up 3 flights of stairs during an extreme heat wave with my apartment's AC being broken. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much to Paul, Mark, and Boris. You all made an extremely stressful move so easy!

We had a great experience with this moving company. The two movers who helped us were prompt, professional, and communicated extremely well throughout the entire move. They even offer early availability (6AM) which was especially impressive considering typical start times for movers is 8AM. That level of reliability and dedication really stood out to us. They handled everything efficiently and maintained great communication with each other while moving larger and heavier items. Despite the amount of furniture and multiple flights of stairs, they never complained and continued to work hard with positive attitudes the entire time. We truly appreciated their professionalism, teamwork, and work ethic. They made a stressful moving day feel much smoother, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable movers. I look forward to using them again if we need help moving!
