They only loaded the truck halfway up to the top, then ran out of room. They had a bunch of wasted space. I had to have them unload some items and re-do it. When I told them to start taking items off the truck they looked at me like I was crazy. I had to tell them several times to start taking items off the truck. They stood there and just looked at me. I raised my voice and told them I was paying them to work. Then I had to explain to them how to stack the 6 pc sectional, and then have them put the cushions in between the pieces. They couldn't read English and loaded items in the front of the truck that were supposed to go on last. They did show up last minute after another company canceled, which I was very happy and grateful for. When they called their manager, they had me speak into their phone and have it translate to their language. One guy understood some English, the other guy did not.
