They had great communication throughout the process. Arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. You can tell they know what they are doing the way they moved the items and loaded the uhaul so things wouldn't shift around. Overall great experience, would recommend them highly.

The guys were great! They showed up on time, were very friendly, hustled like crazy for the entire time they were there and did an amazing job loading. They treated all items well making sure nothing would be damaged, and paid attention to notes on boxes for fragile and breakable

I would say my over all experience was great I thought they did everything in a timely manner they showed up on time got all the big stuff out fast loaded and unloaded, unfortunately when I took the wrap off my tv stand it had a huge crack on it I was cleaning my room and found a leg to my bed just thrown under there they did not tell me if they broke it or just left it for me to figure out I reached out to Memo to let him know the glass tv stand was cracked and all he said the best he could do was reimburse me $50 I’ve had to reach out to him several times and he just keeps asking questions instead of owning up to the damage and finding a better solution other than $50 for a $1400 tv stand I thought we were generous to them we let them go a hr and a half early cause it was so hot that day after we paid for 3 hrs and gave them a tip as well Not everyone has a good heart as you so lesson learned for sure, make sure to inspect your furniture carefully before letting them leave!!!!!!!!
