Absolutely Top Notch Moving Experience I can’t recommend this moving company enough. From start to finish, the team was the definition of professional. Movers were friendly. One was stronger and able to lift heavier things which is why we hired movers, while the other one carried stuff we could do ourselves. However one spent a lot of time chit chatting with everyone in the building, they took smoke breaks, and took more breaks at the end seemingly to extend the time when they realized we were way ahead of schedule as we had booked them for longer than we actually needed as my partner and I ended up helping them out too. However they were on time, got the job done, were nice and didn’t break anything so we are still happy overall

We paid $1,070.95 for two movers, but only one was lifting and he took frequent smoke breaks. I had to take a day off work and physically do the move myself, which also meant working the weekend to meet deadlines. The movers arrived 2 hours late, at 2 PM instead of 12 PM, causing issues with elevator access in our building. The move went 4 hours over time, finishing at 8 PM. They pressured my wife into releasing the payment code, so they were fully compensated despite poor service. One Ubox arrived incorrectly positioned, forcing us to load it from a busy street while stopping traffic, which was both dangerous and time consuming. As new parents to a 4 month old without support, this move across Canada from Montreal to Vancouver was already stressful.

Dominic and his helper very communicative and understanding and knowledgable. They were very intelligent and how they maneuver the furniture and very friendly. They could have taken a little bit more care in watching their step and the corners of the furniture but I was very pleased. Worth the price for these men. Thanks.
