Arrived late. Put boxes on wet ground so they were soggy when we unloaded. Some things broken. Piled heavy things on top of light things. Poor planning. Lacked attention to causing damages to home and goods while loading. Did not notify me when damage occurred but I witnessed it. Did not follow instructions for loading items for fridge and freezer. Found fridge items 3 days later stuffed in to a bin that had exercise equipment in it. Would not recommend. Pay a little more for better service.

There was a scheduling issue but once they were made aware, the issue was immediately resolved and our movers showed up within the hour. They worked very quickly, especially one fellow who moved mattresses and pieces of furniture on his own. They were very polite, made sure items went where I wanted them and ensured they were done on time. It was a very easy move in and I would use them again on a future move.

I honestly didn’t think they would load it all within 3 hours, but they did! They were friendly, strong, fast, careful and efficient. I absolutely recommend this company. They made my move so much easier!
