Website and app navigation were great. Text communication was great. 2 movers were prompt, courteous and handled the furniture well. Disappointing that an additional hour was charged for the 10 stairs to bring furniture up; we knew the job would take a total of 30 minutes, which it did, so the additional cost seemed unwarranted for the amount of stuff moved.
