Frederick and his team were courteous and friendly. We only used them to unload, but the team worked well together and put all items where we asked, without complaint, even for a few times when we asked them to move things a couple of times. Our boxes were stacked neatly in the areas we designated. They coordinated their efforts with heavy items. They were cheerful and communicated freely. I would use them again without hesitation.

They have no experience organizing and arranging items to ensure they can fit in a truck or Ubox. They loaded my Ubox inefficiently. You could see spaces in the Ubox while I had multiple items that couldn't fit in. If they had arranged the items properly, all would have been well. But they didn’t. They just load without applying basic critical thinking. I do not recommend and will not be using them again.
