Not sure if it’s the company in general or just the movers that we encountered, but our experience was not great. Though they called to alert us to the situation, they showed up almost an hour late. Not only that but the movers sent seemed inexperienced, and reeked of weed. And while the help they provided was better than nothing, most of the heavy lifting fell on me and my father in law.

The movers were inexperienced. My husband and I are both disabled. The movers did not know how to put the beds together, this was put in the order request. They did not know how to move the furniture down the stairs. We had to tell them. The brought in our dresser, a 300 pound wood piece and neglected to put the feet on it. We struggled with neighbors to lift it and get the feet put on. They took over 6 hours and charged us. They worked slowly and inefficiently. I would never recommend.
