Showed up 2 hours late and didn't even know they had a job with me. I asked them to refund me for the cleaning crew because they weren't coming and didn't even have cleaning supplies. They told me they could only help load the truck but not unload because one of them had baseball practice. Before they arrived, I had to load 20+ boxes on my own because they weren't there to help. One of my sections of the couch has a hole in the bottom of it from how it was packed. The guy that was there helping told me I would receive a refund which I haven't received and they sat there awkwardly after the job was done waiting for a tip even though I did majority of the work.

The guys did the best they could considering a lot of miscommunication from Juda, the person who made the reservation. I hired three movers for three hours. They were almost two an half hours late. One disappeared about an hour after they started. The two that remained stopped to take lunch in between loading and unloading. Then Juda came half way during the unloading. A lot of time was wasted. I can go on and on. Anyway, I was so grateful that they finished the job that I tipped the two that stuck it out from the beginning.
