The Elite Moving Guys were terrific. In addition to good communications, working extended hours and professional handling of our furniture, they were outstanding in fighting through the ineptitude and complete lack of customer service provided by U Haul. Im also not at all pleased with the MovingHelp company since their phone system several times drove me through an extensive menu of options only to have the call hang in limbo without a person ever getting on the line. U Haul sent emails, text messages and called me on the phone several times. Then claimed I hadn’t confirmed the box pickup. Overall, UHaul was terrible!!!
