Excellent communication ahead of and on the moving date. I was clearing out a storage unit and traveling from out of state so I was on a tight schedule. Moving Hands went above and beyond getting my uboxes from U-Haul on the scheduled date. They had to travel to multiple U-Haul locations to get the boxes due to technical and communication issues at U-Haul’s end. I really appreciate the extra effort they went to. Their team was also very fast and efficient at packing the uboxes.
