They were very pleasant and efficient. They took care when moving my items. It did seam like they were rushing some. We moved to a small place with some tight areas and it didn’t appear they checked it out before moving my things. I was surprised they didn’t use any furniture movers. Nothing was damaged and they finished in the allotted time. We were pleased with their work and appreciative of their care.

I would recommend that you do NOT hire these movers. That being said, Mike (the owner) seemed experienced at what he was doing. However, there were several issues that I had problems with. I previously had 3 26' uhaul trucks loaded in Michigan and unloaded into 2 storage units and a basement in Illinois. Each storage unit and the basement each contained a 26' truck worth of items. The speed at which they loaded the truck from the basement was painstakingly slow. After 2 hours they had loaded the attic and 2 rows of boxes. It took a total of 4.5 hours to finish. I had informed Mike to concentrate on the furniture as I could move some boxes with our van if they were left over. Imagine my surprise when I checked and found three large pieces of furniture still in the basement. His two helpers seem disabled by health issues and needed special attention from Mike as the move progressed. The final straw was the damage to my basement steps I discovered when all was done.

Tripps saved our move. We went with another company because the price was the cheapest, bad move. Not only did the old company ignore me all day, they waited until it was night time to say they can no longer do it until the next day, and even then they ignore me all morning. I panic booked Tripps and somehow they managed to be there within a few hours and even stayed longer than they were paid to stay for free just because they heard about the nightmare we've already been going through. I wish I was someone made of money so I could leave them a big tip, but sadly all I can afford right now is to leave them a well deserved 5 out of 5 star review, and hope others don't go the cheapest route, this is the best value by far. You'll save more money and time by using their services. They also play D2R and RE9 so automatically are pretty cool people.

The team was fantastic. They filled a U-Haul truck for us very quickly and were very friendly. They offer a variety of other services that we are planning to use once we complete our move. They were flexible and communicative through the whole process.

Tim was great to work with! Very easy to get a hold of and very communicative. I moved over the busiest weekend of the year and when Uhaul changed the location of my truck pickup the morning of the move, he offered to pick it up for me as the location was close to him. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
