Moving can be overwhelming, but this team made a difficult day so much easier. Chris and Brian were nice and efficient, but that's probably the only reason I'm not giving this one star. Despite confirming the time 10 days prior and then again the day before, they were three hours late, and I had to chase up my point of contact to get confirmation that they were even coming. When they eventually showed up, they dropped and broke mirror and left a couple of objects that I had intended to move around my house, meaning I had to find alternate storage solutions for them. On June 9th I receive a call that my UBox reservation was never used and there was no record of a UBox being taken from the facility (despite the fact that all my earthly possessions were indeed moved into a box and taken away on June 5th). When asked how that was possible, it was suggested that the movers may never have registered taking a box from the facility. Thankfully, I used two locks on my box so I know the right box will be shipped when the time comes. Overall, extremely frustrating.

I have to honestly say this was the least stressful move I've probably ever had. I had some complications due to being caretaker for my 81 years old father, & the Trusty Dad Moving team was amazing accommodating & kind. Brian & Kristie were quick, careful, thorough & truly awsome. Many thanks!

Due to unforeseen circumstances are movers were late. However, when they arrived, they were very courteous, happy, helpful, and did a really good job.
