Kind and friendly movers. Were able to get all of my stuff into one ubox instead of two. The only problem was they were a fair bit late both times due to overrunning at a previous job, but that is a bit out of their control.

They went right to work, packed the truck perfectly with no damage to any of our things. We would recommend Trusty Dad Moving to anyone.

This company was very responsive. I received fast responses when I texted them regarding questions before the move and they proactively provided updates on the day of the move. The movers were very professional and quickly unloaded the U-Box. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Pick up was great, drop off was delayed by 2 hours and missing piece to bed frame. Paid for 3 uboxes but only needed 2. Was told to call Moving Help to get reimbursed for the 3rd box. Was on hold with Moving Help for 2 hours, no fault to Trusty Dad.

The pick up went smoothly, was on time and great communication. The guys were very helpful with loading the truck. However, the drop off was delayed by 2 hours and we are missing a piece to our bed frame. We are in the process of filing an insurance claim with Uhaul, fingers crossed.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The movers didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. They kept stringing me along starting at three PM until ten PM and just kept saying their last job was taking longer. They played the victim the entire day. They PROMISED they would be there at seven thirty am. I got up at four AM to get back to Boston to be here and they didn't show up again! Until 10 AM! This is the actual worst company I've ever encountered. THey played the victim the whole time - their dispatcher kept telling me they were working really hard and the reason they weren't there at seven thiry AM like they promised was because they had worked really late. The ubox also arrived without a cover and had water damage inside (thanks UHAUL)so they had to go back to get a new one. Uhaul should never contract with these people. I will be using PODS next time as this was such a horrendous experience. Of course i didn't receive any kind of discount or apology.
