Brian was friendly, efficient, and caring regarding my belongings! Move was smooth and quick. Only feedback was before the dispatch there was a 1hr 10min delay for arrival even with confirming morning of and week prior. Perfectly fine since I didn’t have any plans this morning, but proactive communication regarding running late or when on route to the uhaul would keep us more in the loop so we’re not worrying if a hiccup happened or waiting an hour for an update. However after dispatch everything was great and the staff was amazing. Very appreciative of the Trusty Dad service available with UBOX. Thank you so much!! 5 stars overall just tweak the text updates to be more frequent with arrival to the UhAul facility
