I had to initiate contact with the company to confirm the details and logistics of my move. Even after overly communicating my needs, moving day was complete chaos. I was receiving texts the evening before my move asking to shift my moving time around. Luckily I was not in a time crunch to vacate my old unit and had flexibility for the reschedule- except the reschedule resulted in the movers arriving over six hours late. Luckily the movers were incredibly kind and helpful, which compensated for the poor communication and lack of professionalism from the manager, Keith. If you need a cheap move- sure, book them. Reliable and professional? Look elsewhere.
