Fantastic! Chris, Fabian, and Elliot were incredibly kind, professional, polite, and diligent with the move. They did a fantastic job delivering my two pods and unloading them into my apartment. Setting up the move was easy, and Anthony did a good job walking through what the procedure would look like on day of move, but things didn't go as planned. It's not clear where the miscommunication was, but the Uplift team had the wrong U-Haul location documented. They arrived late to this location and U-Haul did not have a box ready for them there. They were extremely transparent throughout the process, and ended up working with U-Haul to get a box from the location they arrived at, but overall it delayed the move start time by several hours. This made the move quite stressful since my apartment's moving window was meant to be from 1pm-4pm and they arrived at around 4pm. Generally, Uplift knew what they were doing and got the job done. It's tough for me to say which end caused the miscommunication
