Job was for 4 hours but mover stated they had another job and was trying to leave during my unloading before half the truck was done. I set my timer for when we started moving and apparently he was going off the time he called me that he arrived (which was 30 minutes early) and I told him the day prior that I was picking up the truck at that time. I had to tell him at least off load the heavy items. I was by myself with no additional help moving half of my stuff for another 2-3 hours with a bad back and ankle. And they didn't get my complete bedroom dresser set and glass shelves for my rack stand. Not satisfied with moving process and for the fact another job was booked on top of mine!

Walter and Miguel showed up on time, and took charge of everything. They even handled a complicated move of a heavy couch by lowering it from a second floor balcony. I highly recommend them. Tip was handled in cash.
