This company was fantastic from start to finish. The movers that I was able to work with were very professional and communicative. They moved my items with such care and QUICK! I moved to the third floor with no elevator and these men were kind and smiled the entire move. I would definitely recommend.

Overall the service and communication from the 2 guys were very good, they had very good attitude , at the end they were tired and started having difficulty to move heavy stuff, I recommend to book them in the morning to be the first service

I didn’t catch the names of the two gentlemen who helped unload my truck, but they were both polite and respectful throughout the move. Unfortunately, there were a few hiccups with the overall experience. My move was rescheduled at the last minute and then assigned to this crew at the end of their day. I can understand that being frustrating for anyone who is ready to get home after a long shift. The crew worked quickly, but at times it felt a little too rushed. As a result, some boxes were dropped, a few belongings sustained damage, and there was some damage to the walls as well. I also had large appliances and pieces of furniture that needed to fit through tight spaces, and the moving blankets that were provided were not used until I specifically requested them. Communication from the office was okay, but I did have to follow up several times to get confirmation on scheduling details. Additionally, I was surprised by a gas fee that was added at the last minute due to distance.
