Rick the coordinator was great and rolled with my calling a week early to verify they were coming and then again two days before. T & K, the two guys who did the actual loading, were excellent -- chill, friendly, and never stopped. No lolligagging or dilly-dallying, and for crying out loud, it was 95 degrees out! Had to take a door off to get a couch out, and they were fast and knowledgable on how to do it. Have never used a moving service before, but this outfit rocked it. When we got the truck to Vermont to unload, nothing had moved an inch -- it was packed that well! Highly recommend this outfit!

I don't think there are more caring movers who are helpful and knowledgable about the pitfalls of renting a Ubox. We had a really bad experience securing a Ubox in Boston and I had to rebook new movers. Yaya called and texted with me for over an hour trying to work through the issue and other ideas because we had to be out of the apartment. They were willing to drive the Ubox up from Rhode Island to get the job done. They were in constant contact regarding their arrival time and readjusted their schedule to help us out. Thank you Yaya and Richard for turning around a really difficult situation and helping my son get moved back home.
