I had everything moved from a 3 bedroom house into a uhaul and from the uhaul into a storage unit, both in a little over an hour. I was downsizing so not everything from the storage unit was getting moved. So I knew it could be done in 3 hours. The two who came were so nice. However, they were not as efficient or as delicate with my furniture. As I have been unpacking over the last 3 weeks every piece of furniture has dings, scratches, chunks missing. One dresser had 2 legs ripped off. They stacked all my fragile boxes on top of each other, which resulted in one fragile box almost being completely smushed and 3 glass cups breaking. One of my Christmas trees is broken beyond repair. It took them over 4 hours to move everything. I was grateful for their help because I had recently had surgery. But now one day I will have to replace almost every piece of furniture, cups, and a Christmas tree, on top of them charging me an overage fee that day for them going over the 3 hours, plus tip.
