The communications over the call or email& texts were there, which was great.I wish they would have called me instead of emailing me, I was not checking my emails in the morning as I was busy with moving stuff. But no complaints at all. The workers were so great, they professionally fill the directions and kept the fragile boxes safely.

I didn't realize the initial payment didn't include assembly of the bed frame. Especially since the when I was moving out of my previous location, the movers disassembled my bed for me. I don't believe I incurred an extra fee. This time while moving in, the movers were happy to assemble my bed frame for me, but they charged an additional $45 fee. I only paid for 'loading-unloading' and they told me that assembly would qualify as 'packing-unpacking'.

I took a chance as most reviews were good. But wish I did not!! I ordered help for my very pregnant daughter who had a bed, dresser, book case and boxes to move. 2 hour job with 2 guys. They dropped the dresser and the bottom broke off so she can't use the drawers now. He apologized and tried to fix it but it is not fixable. They were dragging her mattress across the floor instead of lifting so her friend got involved so they would stop dragging it. Then they actually 'tossed' a box across the room to the other guy. She was very stressed and called me in tears not sure what to do and unfortunately gave them the payment code. As we only had 3 pieces of furniture to move - I never thought for a second they couldn't handle it. I have been ignored by them since the move on Monday. No answer to my calls, left messages and sent an email. They were terrible and I would not recommend them. It was hard to communicate with them as they did not speak english.

Movers were amazing. They arrived early and finished so quickly! We were worried about time because loading the truck at our last apartment was way more than expected. The guys were very quick and careful. It's always nice to have extra sets of hands help.
