Lloyd and his nephew worked quickly and did their best to load for 2 different destinations as I requested. After loading the truck he offered to help load some odds and ends in my car as well. Everything arrived in good shape, nothing broken. We were able to easily access everything we needed to get out at our first stop. It would have been nice to have received a confirmation call or text the day before loading, but Lloyd did touch base after I booked services and answered messages quickly throughout the process. He even made some helpful suggestions for moving supplies. This was the first time I hired movers, and overall was very pleased.

Lloyd and Jalen were very nice. The work they did complete was done well. They moved our items from upstairs. However, they lacked experience with properly loading a pod. Upon arrival, they immediately expressed concern that we had selected the wrong size pod, despite the fact that it ultimately accommodated three full rooms of furniture and belongings. They were not receptive to our suggestions regarding how to load the pod, and because of this we had them focus only on relocating items so they would be accessible for us to load ourselves.They were at our location for 43 minutes and were ultimately unable to assist with loading the pod. They stated that the furniture would not fit and the pod was too small. After they left, we spent the next 4 hours successfully loading the pod ourselves to fit everything inside. Given that they were not present for the full two-hour appointment and were unable to provide the primary services expected, the full charge I believe is not warranted.
