Our baby changing dresser was tipped over while one of the movers was coming down from the U-Haul truck with a load. He claimed it was the wind. It wasn’t. The wood at the top of the dresser completely split and is severely damaged beyond repair.

The gentleman that showed up to do the move were great and did a great job, but the lack or 4 or 5 stars is because they didn't keep the contracted time and required me to reschedule which meant I had to rent the Uhaul an extra day and extend my move an extra day, which was not only inconvenient but costly. Prior to the confirmed time I had many text discussions sent them pictures of what we'd be moving. But, just a couple hours before they were supposed to arrive, (too late to find another service for that day) they told me that they could not fulfill the contract at the time and asked me to reschedule. I did reschedule, because I had to have them move a heavy piece of furniture but that meant that I was required to pay for an extra day of Uhaul as well. The young men were great once here but the reschedule was a huge issue.
