They had a guy call in with a sick child and the owner came out and took his place. Guys were very professional and didn’t check up once. Highly recommend!

The owner accommodated my requests well. Moving crew was friendly, professional and easy to communicate. Only thing to keep in mind is that if your schedule is not flexible, it’s better to do the job early morning.

Company's first crew was a no-call, no-show. Owner pushed out a second crew but they had no equipment. It was not well communicated by the appU-Haul website that I as a Customer would need to rent a dolly, and my notes placed a request for a dolly, my notes were clear that I had heavy items. The crew went out and bought a dolly, but UHaul should make it more clear that Customers are supposed to supply these things.
