Multiple items including furnitures(coffee table, office furniture), strolley bags, light sets, TV were damaged the way the items were packed & stored in the uboxes. I had to incur a huge loss for the same

Communication was a little shaky at first but got better throughout the day. They were a bit late getting started which caused the move to run into early evening hours. Their packing was fantastic! They left little space unused in the UBox container. Toward the end, it wasn't quite as tightly fit or wrapped in blankets but overall, very good movers.
