Aaron and his team reduced the stress of moving drastically by helping to be an advocate for me when no one at Uhaul would communicate with me about my delayed Ubox. The communication within the Uhaul team was abysmal, at best with a lot of that’s not my job and send an email and you’ll hear back about your things in a few days. Aaron stepped right in with the relationships he’s worked to build and helped to get me information to ease my mind and to help me plan my days around anticipated next steps. Additionally, when they came to unload the Ubox they were quick, professional and gentle with my belongings. I would hire them again and would highly suggest anyone else do the same.
