Professional, courteous, and communicated well. I was a last minute add on. U-haul’s computers crashed. They couldn’t get through on the phone. They went above and beyond and went to the U-haul location and waited an hour and 45 minutes just to make sure that I was able to get my box that day! Despite what was probably a frustrating morning for them, they arrived with smiles on their faces and took their time to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you!
