Easy Moving

I had just refinished my hardwood floors and told the movers that and they came in and created nicks, scratches, and even holds everywhere that they put furniture. I immediately reported it with pictures and he would not take responsibility and strung me along saying that he would come by and rectify the problem. He did not. I closed the case based his word that he would open up a claim with his insurance and he did not. He has proven himself to be a liar in addition to wrecking my floors. And I paid a total of 500 including tip for their services. Horrible experience here in Detroit using them and the moving help app wasn't very helpful in the end.
