Overall was a great experience. The moving helpers themselves were very communicative but the communication from the coordinator could be better. I wish that a phone number for the coordinator was provided to me so that I could more easily contact him.

The movers were great! Friendly, helpful and conscientious. Would definitely recommend and personally use again. We had a 20’ UHaul in Manhattan. The building did not have a loading dock or parking zone. We literally had to park on the street and the movers helped direct me while parking that big truck. The unloading situation was not ideal, but they did not complain and unloaded quickly. Thank you for taking some of the stress off the day!

Marquis and Sam were excellent the entire move. They were fast, capable, and came with know-how on how to pack the truck the most efficient way. They were also available when we needed to extend our hours, which we had to do on two separate occasions. The only complaint I have is a broken planter, but in the grand scheme of things everything went as well as it could have. I’ll definitely be using this company in the future.
