This was the one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service. My TV broken, my $7000 couch was ripped, one dresser had multiple chips taken out of it, another is scratched and cover in paint from the walls , my hutch had its legs broken off. As for my home, multiple holes were put in the wall, scratches all over, gashes all over , paint all over. And.... I did at least half the moving of objects (non broken ones) myself. I will be filing a lawsuit against Uhaul and Eternity.

Requested 2 movers, got 1. That 1 guy was awesome. But there are limits on what one person can do. Management issues shouldn’t result in user impact..
