crew did a great job carrying a very heavy object down 2 sets of stairs and load into truck. One ding is they were 21 minutes late for scheduled time. Also, would recommend coordinator to ask if there are any items needed for move, or caring for item, such as blankets or wrap or dolly for moving. Overall very good job

I have moved several times in my lifetime. This is truly the very first - great and beyond excellent service I’ve had. Helpers were on time and very swift (took less time than booked for). They wrapped and tied down all of my items in the U-Haul truck. They offered to do anything additional we needed (took down TV’s that were mounted and ensured they were well taken care of by wrapping them throughly and loading them in the perfect spot in the truck). I would use their service over and over again. I asked for their card and they even offer cleaning - so I’ll be using them for that, too. A++++
