The communication leading up to the move to try to figure out a time was subpar, booked with them a month in advance and barely got a message 2 days before my move to confirm a time. The movers themselves dropped and broke my expensive tv stand, although i understand things happens and they were apologetic, I hired professionals for a reason this shouldn’t have happened.
