Antonio and Josh were amazing! Funny, fast, communicative, and efficient. Very helpful. The original man I spoke to, who I believe is the boss, was not communicative at all. Did not respond to me a for a while, when he did respond, it was not professional, and then told me the night before at 8pm about equipment I would need to provide myself because he forgot. The two men that actually did my move were great and I sincerely appreciate them!!

I received a text in the morning that instead of arriving at 930 as scheduled, he said if it would be ok to arrive at 1030. I had rented the truck for 9, so had to extend it by an additional hour. One person did show up at 1030, but the other person arrived at 1045. Although they both worked hard, they were also very slow. In comparison to a move we did the day before, that crew of 2 people loaded way more and had to deal with stairs in the house. Since I was waiting, I moved items to the ground floor to help them. The crew yesterday completed the job in 4 hours which included driving to Winston Salem and back. And they had to deal with 4 flights of stairs whereas my destination move today had an elevator. To make things goes faster I assisted in staging my items and even helped unload at the destination. Lastly, they had unprofessional conversation about some girl, and complained of racism to me about people in my new bldg. One of them also asked me for a cigarette.
