There was frustration with the office. I had to call them to set up a time, then when I called the night before the move to confirm they told me the time didn’t work and I had to chose a new time. Never called me to talk about it before. BUT the movers were wonderful. They worked quickly while still taking care of my things.

Chris and Jorge were amazing! We had 2 pick up locations and it wasn't a problem. They helped guide the uhaul to be parked in the best way and helped to disassemble a mirror and dresser. Nothing got broken.
