Very great at communicating! Heard from them a week out and then the day before to confirm. They were running late day of, but called and communicated that, which I really appreciated. Got everything loaded in an hour and packed nicely. Highly recommend!

The whole IJS team was professional and responsive throughout all phases of our move. On moving day, they made sure to give consistent updates on their arrival time. Once at our apartment, they moved our items quickly and safely, and made sure to ask about items that required special care when being moved. Highly recommend.
