Good communication, but staff need to have more caution when handling fragile items. Time matters same as items being intact. Also, had to buy an extra hour (not planned to spend more than 2 hours) but the staff was already unloading the items when my time was already done.

Literally the best service, it took us 6-8 hours to pack our U-haul so we got services to help us unload it. Let me tell you i was put to SHAME, they did it in half the time. Ill say I don't lift so maybe that's a factor BUT they were fast efficient and handled everything with care!

Absolutely the best movers I've hired. They were extremely punctual and very fast. They had us loaded in 20 minute and unloaded just as fast. I cannot recommend them enough.
