The two guys that came to move my stuff were fantastic! Brandon and Nick. Very careful, respectful. I would highly recommend and use them again. The only hiccup in what would have been stellar service was a text message I received from the dispatcher, Omar, once my job exceeded the contracted two hours. If you go one minute over or 59 minutes over you get appropriately charged for an additional hour. This is all fine and good. I had no problem with this at all. The only issue I had is that I was helping both guys at the time and didn't forward my payment until after the job had been completely finished. Omar thought I was potentially taking advantage of the company because my payment had not come through in the timeframe he was expecting. The reality was, I was working alongside the hired guys and didn't look at my phone. The third hour was paid as soon as I saw the text message.

I booked no Dayze off late as another firm flaked out on me. No Dayze off was superb from the start. He arrived at the storage facility before me and even helped me find the unit. Omar and Armani were both friendly, hard working and got me unloaded in great time.

Omar is a wizard when it comes packing a moving truck! Utilized every bit of space and very organized. He and his crew went above any beyond with their service. We will be using these guys again when we move into our new home once our former place in Texas sells. I’d highly recommend them for your moving needs.
