Packrats Movers did an amazing! My job was completed very fast with no issues. This was the best experience ever! Very professional and definitely knew how to pack! If I could give 10 stars I would. I will use them again!

Several things were packed poorly into the truck. A glass coffee table insert was broken by the movers before they even loaded it into the truck. They didn't tell us they broke it, instead they just wrapped it up and stuffed it in between two things for us to find when we unloaded. A few items were dropped, scraped, or scuffed when loading and we did not see it until we unloaded.

They were scheduled to come between 9-10am but showed up at 11am after the first team bailed and another had to be sent. They only moved the couch and dressers, because we had already completed the rest of the loading. The team that did show up was very polite and kind its too bad they showed up so late.
