Payton Family Moving did an amazing job helping me unload my packed 20ft moving truck. They were prompt, professional, and made the whole process easy. I ended up having to change the date and then push the arrival time back after that, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating. Richard was especially great to work with. He was very responsive, communicated clearly, and stayed on top of everything from start to finish, which made coordinating my long distance move much less stressful. The crew worked efficiently and handled everything with care. I'd most definitely recommend Payton Family Moving if you're looking for reliable movers with excellent customer service!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.Sloppy, Unprofessional, Ghosted Me. This was the worst moving experience of my life. I paid over $145 per hour for 4 hours of service, but they performed an incredibly sloppy job and left my new home in total chaos. The worst part is their extreme carelessness. They lost the essential assembly screws and hardware for my Dining Room Table, 75-inch TV Stand, and IKEA bed.They also completely lost the power adapter for my Rooms To Go power sofa, making a brand-new electric sofa completely useless.Throughout the move, they kept demanding more money, yet they left the job completely unfinished.When I discovered the missing parts and contacted the manager for a resolution, they completely ignored my texts and calls.No apology, no answer, no responsibility.Do not trust this company.They are highly unprofessional and completely ghosted me after taking my money. I have attached photos of the disassembled furniture and the mess they left behind.Avoid them at all cost.
