The helpers called to let me know they were running late and they arrived when they predicted. They got right to work loading items and moved very quickly. The wrapped bubble wrap around a piece of furniture like I requested but it seemed they may not be accustomed to wrapping furniture. I provided them with ratchet straps and neither knew how to use them to secure the furniture to the inside of the U-Haul. They said that normally someone else does that for them. They did wind up tying the furniture instead of using the ratchet part of the strap, but it worked. We had a very small load and it took less than 1 hour. I appreciate Perry’s price point bc I knew the job would be quick and relatively easy with only 5 pieces of furniture. It was a good experience. Thank you Perry’s.

Communication was thorough and timely. They were friendly, professional and attentive while identifying what needed to be loaded on the truck. I only have one suggestion that would’ve given them 5 stars for all. There were a few antique and older pieces of furniture that I wish they would’ve taken more care to cover, cushion, and protect during transport and unloading to the storage unit so things could get stacked efficiently.

I would highly recommend Perry's! Anthony and Jay made my move quick and easy. They maneuvered my strange staircase with ease. We all shared some laughs and Anthony put me at ease despite how anxious I was about the move. 10 out of 10!!!
