Booked this company last minute and end of day, they responded promptly to coordinate a moving time for the next morning. While the movers arrived a little bit later than the agreed time, they communicated well throughout the whole process. They moved quickly, packed the truck carefully. wrapped items we didn't even think about wrapping to protect from damage, and did whatever needed to be done to move all the furniture to the new location (like walking a couch through the back side of the apartment and in through the patio since it couldn't fit through the door). We are very thankful for your service! Would definitely recommend and trust this company.

Nicholas and Brandon with Quality Control Moving were absolutely amazing today. They went above and beyond to help us with our move. They worked incredibly fast but were still very careful with all of our belongings. Both of them were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful the entire time. Moving can be stressful, but Nicholas and Brandon made the whole experience smooth and easy. Their positive attitudes and strong work ethic really stood out. I supplied rented blankets and purchased bubble wrap and equipment. They only used the bubble wrap on one piece of furniture, and took what was left. One blanket disappeared also. They did not even bother to wrap my 3,000.00+ marble table top and leaned it up against the wall in the truck. It was in a bunch of pieces when we got to the new location along with many other items that were damaged beyond repair due to lack of wrapping. They dragged heavy pieces of furniture along the wood flooring which cause deep scratches and cannot be repair and I am being charged over 1,000.00 for the replacement of the damaged floor. i HIGHLY RECOMMENT THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.........THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED A SINGLE PHONE CALL AND I AM NOW HAVING TO FILE A SMALL CLAIMS CASE AGAINST THEM.
