They confirmed time day of and worked for the full period. Both Justin and Sam were very strong and lifted everything quite well. They were careful with boxes marked as fragile, though several pieces of furniture scuffed our walls and damaged a door frame and baseboards.

They showed up 2 hours late. Packed the truck horribly. Busted and damaged a bunch of our stuff. Didn’t use furniture pads properly. So many more bad things happened, mostly due to them starting late.
