While unloading the truck they asked me to move my own items that I was paying them to move. They were often talking more than working. As well as i have a 75in television that due to miss handling while unloading several boxes fell onto it and shattered the screen. They are trying to shift the blame onto the loading crew when the TV was in a secure location and no damages were made to it during the drive. I have yet to receive compensation for said television due to the crew continuing to shift the blame. They claimed it wasnt them even though I witnessed the boxes falling during the unloading process not prior to the unloading process. I am still seeking compensation.

Movers showed up on time and was very professional. I lived on the 3rd floor and they were still able to get all items moved very efficiently. Would definitely hire again!
