The guy who came out with his wife were fantastic she did a little of the cleaning not much and the guy who was loading the trailer did a great job now of course he was spot it by his self when I recruited two people . I was trying to help and he basically said no this was his job and I shouldn’t be helping

They took my boxes and were gone for over an hour without me. Who knows if they went through it and or took items out. Not professional at all. They left part way through to pick a third person up and so the process took a lot longer than it should have. It was very frustrating. Also after on 1 hr 25 minutes they ask for payment. I told them that it had not been two hours with two people. They acted like I was asking for something above and beyond. The advertising stated; continued services with any home projects (when I asked they said only move items no help beyond that), careful with your belongings (they broke a jewelry box and didn’t apologize). willing to stay late for your convenience (they tried to leave 35 minutes early and wanted full payment. Overall not professional and don’t know if my items were stolen since they took them for over an hour without me. Do I have any recourse for a poor job?
