I had a very disappointing experience with this moving team. Their professionalism was completely unacceptable. There were multiple rude remarks made throughout the process, which made an already stressful move even worse. Several of my TVs were damaged because nothing was loaded properly or handled with care. Items were rushed onto the truck without being secured correctly, and it showed. Additionally, the movers rushed the timing even though I clearly communicated in advance that I would not have my U-Haul truck until a specific time. Despite that, they acted impatient and tried to cut the service short. Overall, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service provided and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
