It took several calls to U-Haul to get a confirmation the day of the move. Only to get acknowledgment through text that they would be coming with no set time or ETA. Only to be charged in additional hour for going five minutes over the schedule allotted time. Seemed like a money grab by the owner.

had an excellent experience with Bare Back Movers. From start to finish, their team was incredibly punctual, professional, and efficient. They arrived right on time and got straight to work without wasting a minute. What really stood out to me was how careful they were with everything—especially the walls and corners. They made sure nothing was damaged during the move, which I truly appreciated. The team was also very fast and highly functional, working smoothly and staying organized the entire time. On top of that, they were kind, respectful, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. They also offered a great deal for the quality of service provided, which is hard to find.

Scheduled through u haul for 8am. Talked with the office at 7;45 said the guys would be leaving in about 10 mins and would be 20-40 min drive due to location. 8;40 called them back as no one had arrived was told they're on the way and that they can't leave till 8 due to some policy I was never notified about i said OK, I was fine since they should have been there soon even with traffic in the area. Didn't show up until 10;15 reeked of marijuana dropped a couple items and when unloading my stuff into the storage unit I had to go back to fix the rest of my stuff due to the way one guy put some of my heavier items.
