We have just gotten new carpet and the movers were very accommodating. They were very friendly. Overall experience was fine, but there were a few nicks in the walls from the movers which was unfortunate since we just painted and will have to fix.

This was my second time using this company for moving services. While my first experience was excellent, this time was noticeably subpar. The movers themselves were professional, but the loading process left much to be desired. Instead of organizing and loading the truck efficiently, items were placed randomly, which ultimately forced us to make two trips instead of one. Under normal circumstances an additional trip might be understandable, but I was charged for the extra time caused by their own inefficient loading. Additionally, my belongings were not handled with the level of care I expected. My brand-new mattress was dragged rather than lifted, and several fragile wooden items were handled quite forcefully. Overall, I was disappointed, especially since this did not reflect the quality of service I received during my first move.
