Ryan and Kai seriously deserve some recognition. Moving is already stressful enough, but these two made the whole experience so much easier. They worked hard, took great care of our stuff, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell when someone is just doing a job versus when they actually care about doing it right, and Ryan and Kai definitely cared. If you guys happen to see this, just know your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. We genuinely appreciated everything you did for us. Keep doing what you’re doing you guys are great at it and deserve the recognition!

MovingHelp was not good at updating time of arrival for the job, but when they arrived, they were deligent, professional and did and excellent job. They are a very hard working professional team. They were exceptionally conscious of the time they were hired for. I will hire MovingHelp for any moving job, if I can. Thank you MovingHelp.

This was the second time I used Certified Packers to help me unload a U-haul truck that I had and both times they did excellent work. They were on time, very communicative, professional, and efficient. Kai (sp?), Hugh, and Alisha (sp?), were great! I am so grateful that I had their help with unloading this truck too. I plan to use them again when we move our things out of the storage unit and into our future home too! I would recommend them to anyone in need of help unloading a U-haul truck. (I only used them for unloading, so I can't speak to their packing or loading services. BUT, if they're anything like their services for unloading, I think you will be pleased with the job they do as well.)

Requested and paid for 4 crew for 2 hours, only got 3 crew for 2 hours but still charged for 4 people. The crew was fast and efficient, however they were rushing and broke 4 pieces of furniture, damaged 2 boxes, and almost broke the sliding glass door to the house. I would recommend them but I would suggest some additional training.
