If I was rating on the move itself, I would give 4.5 stars. But the phone call I got less than 24 hours before the move was one of the least professional I have ever encountered. I booked for 4pm, but when called, I was told by Devon he would be there between 4 and 5. I had to accept this since it was too late to find another mover. The reason given for not being able to get there in time was ‘I’m not sure how many red lights we will get.’ It’s too bad that the communication was so poor. We will need to move some things from my mom’s house in the next 2 months. This was a trial run to see if we liked the company. I won’t ever use them again.
