We provide safe and efficient work Arrival windows are 6am to 8am 8am to 12pm 12pm to 4pm 4pm to 8pm Items that need to be wrapped packed assembled disassembled will need to be done prior to arrival unless added to existing order Items exceeding 250 pounds are considered a specialty item which requires a four man crew and may be an additional charge We dont move pianos with stairs no exceptions

Horrible communication. Claimed that there was a service window (2-6pm) informed them ( at 1pm) I was running slightly behind due to traffic (eta 245pm) they then moved my reservation time to (6-630pm). Showed up late(637pm). Reeked of smoke. I waited so long (from 245-637pm) that I started unloading the truck myself. Unloaded half of it before the crew even arrived. In total they spent 30 min doing the job. Reserved 2 ppl but 3 ppl showed up. Movers were unprofessional and careless. My wife had to express her concern multiple times. And even though it took them less than an hour to do the job (hired for 2 hours) and they showed up late I was offered a $40 discount for my troubles. This was a polar opposite to the loaders I hired the day before. I won't say I dont reccomend this company but I would never reccomed this crew to anyone.
