The team was so fast. In and out. It was worth every penny. Even lugging heavy boxes of books, office supplies, and merchandise up a flight of stairs they were able to do it in half the time we had planned for. We definitely recommend to anyone who asks!

Rashawn was wonderful. He communicated professionally and kindly through the entire process. He and Brayden helped unload a truck that another moving company loaded in another city. They were in contact and flexible with me about arrival time knowing that weather and distance were factors. When unloading the truck, they discovered that the company that loaded the truck did not load items with consideration for how things would shift in transit. The items had shifted during the 1hr+ highway travel and created an avalanche of boxes creating pressure on furniture that was loaded last. I was unaware, as I had assumed (in error) the loading movers attended to the order of loading that would avoid these problems. That's why i hired professional movers with more experience than myself. Thankfully, Rashawn & Brayden, (and extra hands on site), got items closest to the cab off first to minimize damages. They also stayed over to put my bed & desk together. I will use them in the future.

RaShawn, the owner started out professional, however he got very angry and shouted when I shared with him that I had a bad experience with a previous mover and I told him I hope his company would be different. He complained, saying I was getting moving service for cheap. Which confused me since he set the price. He then shared that he will have to charge me more because there was more work and extra steps than he expecte, which was fine with me.But RaShawn continued yelling and halfway thru the job he threatened to abandon the job & leave my furniture in the hallway. After creating an embarrassing scene he calm down and finished the job. He later acknowledged his behavior was unprofessional and apologized, but honestly the damage was done and left a bad taste in my mouth. RaShawn is young and has yet to learn proper business ethics and I hope he learns. He has potential if he manages to treat his customers respectfully. Ultimately he and Ryan (who tried to de-escalate) did an ok job.

Excellent moving help! Rashawn and his colleague were friendly, respectful and very efficient. His communication was very clear, they were punctual and they were happy to work as we requested (with our involvement in places). A great value, we'd be happy to use them again!
