- Communication was not professional. He sounded easily irritable when I had called to both schedule and verify the time. He was in a hurry to end the call - Unloading was rushed. Done in about an hour instead of the 2hours that was paid for - At some point, I was asked to help move the trolley which I would not mind ordinarily but it was the manner in which this was communicated that was disappointing - Assignment was incomplete with some few items left despite my asking if the items had been fully unloaded - No preference given to how I would like things arranged in storage until I requested thrice

Bunch of cons.Hired them for 6 hours when I booked and paid upfront with the booking. But they did only 4hrs as they felt too tired to do the remaining 2 hours and had to watch the football game. Was told I will get the refund for 2 hours.Its been 6 weeks I have not received my refund.I have called them multiple times but no response.Now they have blocked me. PLEASE DONOT HIRE THEM. POOR SERVICE,BUNCH OF THUGS.YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED.
