I had a great experience. Starting with the first call, Johnny was really helpful in letting me know what I needed to make the move successful, and gave me his number in case I had questions. Moving day, they came in, took a quick inventory and started working immediately. Every person on the job worked hard the whole time and they were all very kind. I couldn’t have asked for better crew to handle my move out. I’m confident that the load is well secured and all of my things will make it to my new home without issue. This is my third time using this company, they are professional, courteous and have always been on time. I booked two or three hours (I don’t remember) for the project I needed done, they were finished in about an hour. Highly recommended, if I need another job done, I will call them.

These guys were phenomenal. From the start communication was good, arrived on time. Hardworking for sure. I wanted to help and they refused it. Although I did help some they took over. They loaded, unloaded, and reorganized a storage unit full of boxes and totes to fit in bulky oversized furniture and a queen bed etc. Etc. All in all they played the game of tetris at the highest level and were very successful. Thank you all again. For making a way to put items that I needed to the very front and with room spare. No complaints. They were careful and with my items. I would most definitely use Johnny on the spot again. Mr. Wallace you are awesome you didn't let me see you sweat I appreciate your determination and dedication to making it strategically work in getting items stored in the 10x10 unit. Extra Thank you!

So much to say! I had another company that originally agreed to do my unloading at this location, at 930pm on a Saturday they backed out. When you're moving across state lines on Monday that's bad I reached out to several thru the app, expecting no one to be able to be contacted before Monday nevermind on a Sunday. JOTS called me up just moments after I submitted my U-Haul request at 1056, by 11 I was speaking to him on the phone. By 1112 PM everything was arranged. He even rescheduled a personal appointment to be there for me in my time of need. That call took the weight of the world off me that night. Moving ahead to the unload, we got behind schedule getting here, JOTS was lightening fast to respond to texts, showed up early! Loaders broke things, JOTS had a mess that was loaded by others and still managed to get everything unloaded, put where I wanted,waited while I documented damage done by loaders.I watched everything.There aren't enough praises.Google review for more! 10 stars!

Johnny and his amazing crew are exactly who you need for your next move. For us, they were all business for 8+ straight hours, doing an amazing job with very heavy and very difficult-to-maneuver pieces of furniture plus dozens of boxes -- all of which had to be carried down an extremely steep flight of 14 stairs. Communication was perfect, and helpful suggestions made things go smoothly. Even if their initial rate looks higher than others, they are absolutely worth it -- definitely go with Johnny.
